What is Vescrow?

Vescrow is a startup working on peer to peer trading to improve the security of funds exchange and other major financial transactions. Their major market is African freelancers and merchants who sell goods and services online and get paid in foreign and local currencies.

What was the goal?

The goal of the founders was not to build a simple startup. They wanted a place where freelancers and merchants always feel safe to transact without having fear of being scammed by fraudsters. Aplace that really meant peace of mind.

PHASE 1 - RESEARCH AND STRATEGY

At this stage we focused on understanding the essence of the business and how we could find a fit with Vescrow’s brand objectives. When analysing the competitors, it was easy to see that they all had a similar styles. No one was really standing out.

PHASE 2 - BRAND IDENTITY DESIGN

The visual identity of vescrow was the perfect opportunity to express what the business really stands for. We created a flexible visual identity that could be used in any possible application. The logo, the typographic style and the secondary graphic elements all contribute to differentiate Vescrow from its competitors.
